Low budget place. Carpet doesn't quite reach the walls. Toilet is a rocking chair how it isn't leaking is a mystery, walls are paper thin, can hear next room. Hairdryer has exposed wire that could shock someone standing on uneven tile floor. Bring ear plugs. Linen is basic and clean. In room coffee maker, bar fridge and microwave are nice touches. Will pick a different place next time.
Great price for the area and good location. Great air conditioning. Friendly staff were all great. I just couldn't find comfort with the mattress. Bring your own pillow as they are very flat and get a room that is not attached to the stair. It makes a weird noise like someone is dragging something accross the floor above you. I could ignore it but it woke my friend up when multiple people used it in the middle of the night.
Family owned and run. Very friendly service! Got us in ground floor family room. Smaller than expected, not same as online pics, but given the option to stay or move, we opted to stay for mobility sake. BBQ's were super handy! Clean room. Few plugs not working. But pool not too busy because smaller motel, so that was a plus! Tim Hortons right across the street! Beach, tube rental and bike rental within walking distance. Got to grocery store by bus fine. Penticton so small, cab rides got us everywhere for $10-20. Will come again!
Stayed two nights at this place which cost me $411.70. There was no housekeeping service to make beds, refresh towels, shampoo or soap after the first night. Do not think there was fresh linen put on beds before my first night as it was soiled, just re-made after previous guests. Also, only one lamp was operational, the other two did not work or the bulbs were burnt. Will not be staying at this place again being charged Hilton prices for nothing. I do not recommend this property, better off to spend a few dollars more and get some quality.
Wow. Hold on. Did someone say dog friendly? Hey, the first thing we noticed when we walked in was hardwood floors. Yes that's right, you can bring your dog. And your unit has two Doors. A front door and a back door. And there's a swimming pool. And the staff, the owners are very nice. They are hard-working people who moved to this country and continue working hard to serve the people in the Okanagan Valley. Thank you.
