While the beds were too soft for my back, they were clean and crisp every night. Morning breakfast buffet was fresh, hot and lots of alternatives for my allergies on request, including my favorite almond milk from Earth's Own! Staff was super friendly and happy to help! Thank you all!
We very much enjoyed our stay. The Breakfast(s) were great and very much appreciated. The pool and hot tub were spotless and very enjoyable. The general cleanliness of our room was good, although there was a problem with bathroom odour which we could not identify. One improvement would be to increase the number of coffee pods per room, as we felt that we needed more than 1 cup to get going in the morning! Overall we had a great time.
We love the Best Western Inn in Penticton! Friendly staff, decent rooms, free use of bbq's, nice common area with pools, and BEST OF ALL - delicious waffles and ample breakfast choices! My only gripe is that the outside atmosphere (while being a very nice environment to sit and relax and visit) also facilitates for the possibility of parties. One evening, there was quite a bit of noise from a boisterous party group that went on past 12:00am. Does the hotel have a quiet time after 11:00pm? If so, the hotel needs to enforce it for the comfort of all guests.
For overall experience and facilities it hands down beats the PLUS and PREMIER Best Westerns. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the complimentary breakfast has a lot to choose from and is always good. If you want a good hotel and pay a reasonable rate this is the hotel you should choose.
Neat old-school holiday hotel. A/C worked well and the location and pool were great. A little noisy in the mornings with kids playing outside and people walking on the balconies. Helpful staff and clean rooms made for an enjoyable stay though.
