My dad and I came to Penticton for our annual camping trip and went to the hotel we had booked online. It was not the greatest, the smell in the room was really bad, my dad wanted to barf. They said they had no other room for us so we went looking for a place to stay. We got to the Days Inn and the front desk man, Brad was awesome. He was kind, understanding and very polite. After my dad explained we were not getting our money back from the other p;ace he got us a great room. The room was very clean, large and we were looking at the courtyard and the pool. I was so happy, dad too. Maria was also at the front when we checked in, she was polite kind and checked on our room for us.All the staff here are so friendly and polite and easy to talk to. We are so thankful to have found this hotel and will be making it our go to place when we come to Penticton. dad says customer service is huge for him, the internet is a place to put out positive or negative, this one is a huge positive.Thank-you Days Inn
The hotel is very 1990's, needs a Reno. Rooms are clean, lobby lights need dusting, and front staff need to say hello when you say good morning. I was barely acknowledged, and only heard a greeting back from one staff. Underwhelming stay, but served it's purpose. Will choose somewhere else to stay next time. This is BC, breakfast should include fresh fruit! but sadly it does not, just tinned. Sad.
Location: The closest you will get to the start of the lazy river! Just walk over in your bathing suit! Also close walking distance to the beach. Hotel: staff was accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again!
I am a little disappointed that Mountain View is actually Parking Lot view.Also I wish we were told that some rooms come with a small patio that you can enjoy .Our room has just a window facing the parking lot.At least the room is clean I guessUpdate we have been gone since this morning and have returned at at Approximately 4 pm and our room has still not been serviced.i was able to speak to the assistant manager but really got no where with him.I wish we would have booked at the best western this year. We are here for a week I hope it gets better. I think we might see if we can book something else for the rest of the week.This place is really underwhelming$1100 to make our own beds with a view of a parking lot.#nothanks
I stayed one night everything was okay. The room had a lot of space. The breakfast is nice. Although the pool and hot tub does not open till 10am and if you are checking out at 11 there not much time to go in the pool or hot tube. If your are looking for guest value it is a 0. They don't care if you come early and wanna check in they say you can come back at 3.
