These guys were extremely helpful in answering my questions, hooked me up with a great deal on a bike, and were super accommodating in helping me to sort out payment and pick up from out of town. Great service and highly recommended!
Good quality bikes which held up well however the service was poor. There were plenty of staff when we returned the bikes but none were bothered to say thank you or ask us about our experiences on the bikes and cycling in the region that week. Not what youd expect after spending >$900 in the store. We have had an amazing encounters with friendly, welcoming Canadians throughout this trip, however our experience in this store was anything but.
NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BIKES! i have personally had 3 bolts stripped and when asked to replace they wanted $110 dollars for only the 2 bolts that were replaced. the owner was a jackass and had said very rude things to my mother and refused to give me my bike which i own unless the price was payed which was a ridiculous amount. there parts are genuine and the staff can be helpful with what u should buy but never let them attach replace or add parts to your bikes as there mechanics can not be trusted worth a damn.
Walked in for a last minute bike rental and they had me out the door on a solid bike in about 10 minutes. Helpful chat about local trails. Overall they seemed like a solid LBS!
Brought bike for tune up. Was very clear pedals were a issue and still came back with a falling off pedal. On same bike they installed a new tire and aired up too quickly without the bead properly seated. Will be going elsewhere.
