One of the most delicious food restaurants in Penticton! Great Mediterranean selection and delicious pizza with homemade crust. Our to go place when we are in Penticton.
Wouldn't take a reservation for 6pm for 5 ppl because apparently no room. Arrived at 6:15 for our 6:30 reservation and the restaurant was 1/4 full. Ok whatever. Sat down and it took 10 min before anyone came to us with menus. Another 10 before we could order drinks. Menu is small. Not even any calamari which is strange for a Greek restaurant. When our food came there was a lovely long curly hair in our Greek salad. Gross! Between the 5 of us there was ravioli, lamb dinner and pizza. Main dishes were mediocre at best. Would not come back here.
Food can be a bit slow arriving but worth the wait! Tasty and reasonably priced. Friendly staff and cozy decor. One of my favorites is the souvlaki.
It used to be a five star place in my opinion. Always packed and had long hours. Now it's open from 4:30 - 9:30 and it feels empty and more expensive with the quality of the food going down.Truth be told, it's not an awful place to eat but at the same time, there are better locations to go to in the city. It's not a significant loss if you skip this location while in town.
The dedicated owners are familiar to us since 1980s. Their children are now adults still involved with this popular restaurant. We have enjoyed hundreds of pizzas there during the decades. In summer their patio is a welcome addition. Peaceful Grecian scenes decorate the walls.
