Dr proudfoot is a great vet most of the staff is very friendly. Staff member Abigail the receptionist is absolutely horrible please be careful when dealing with her she won't even accept and let you bring a pet in that's been injured.

I have to say, Dr. Proudfoot was my go-to vet, but I am so disapointed to say, I took my little yorkie there, wrapped in a blanket , wounded by a racoon attack. I sat outside for 1/2 hour waiting for them to open. Finally at 8:30 when he opened I went in with my dog, and the person working there sent me away!!! I said seriously! I had n idea the extent of the wound and was distraught to say the least! She said Dr. Proudfoot isn't in until 8:30, and it was because that is when they opened, she told me I was best to call around, so I left and went to Anderson, they took me right away even though it was extremely busy in there. My yorkie had wounds accross his back, his legs, he was very lucky to have made it. Thank god he is now recovered nicely. You need to get rid of that staff, she is horrible!!! no compassion
When I had my dog, this is where he would come to, for diagnosis and treatment of any sort. When he became too ill, and it was uncomfortable for him to continue, we made an appointment with Dr. Proudfoot to come to our house, so that we could say goodbye to our best four legged friend, in the comfortable surroundings he was accustomed to. Now my wife brings her cats here, and gets the same helpful and efficient care.
