Decent selection, friendly staff. One star off because all sports cheks organize by brand instead of by item, which isn't normally a big deal except the fitting rooms were locked so I had to continuously bug a poor employee every time I found another rain jacket I wanted to try.
Had to mostly help myself...had to look in all kinds of boxes tO find the ones I was trying on? Was look in to get 2 pairs but left with one. ..needs more staffing otherwise great stuff!!
It's a smaller store than what's out there but the staff is great, Deanna, Ty, Annick, Alana and all the others are always helpful. The engage with my son and all know him by name, my wife loves to shop here as well and also appreciates the customer service!
Last week when we were on holiday in Penticton my kids bikes got stolen. I went into sport check to look at replacing the bikes and the guys there went above and beyond in being nice and helpful. I cant say enough good about the amazing customer service at this store and its employees.
Great location, convenient parking, good stock of good equipment, friendly staff, and good prices. I get my swimwear from here. I've bought excellent footwear here. I've got some fantastic clothing here at sale prices that almost made it feel like I was stealing it. And the nicest part is that it's within walking distance of my home.
