GLE installed a new heating/air conditioning system in Apr 2014. I had the unit serviced in July 2016 and May 2017. However, the filter has never been checked or changed because when the technician installed the system, it was in such a manner that no one is able to access the filter. Both the service technicians (Jul 2016/May 2017) noted on their work order their inability to access the filter. However, no action has been taken to resolve the problem, which was the result of the initial installation being done improperly.
All I know is they came one week. Left with the unit working. The unit stopped working almost immediately so called them the next week to look at it again. The technician explained that he didnt know what happened. Fixed the unit and gave me a bill that was double the last one. I called the office to ask about it and explain we had just had the same technician out last week. Is it possible that no one is at fault here? Absolutely. Is it also possible that some considerations could be made considering the questionable timing and loyalty of our patronage? Yup, but they werent. Instead I got a raised voice over the phone at the mere question of timing. Your invoice is paid. Moving on from this company.
When I first bought my house, I got estimates for AC from 3 local suppliers. G Little recommended a smaller unit than the other two, said it would be enough. It is, and they saved me real money. So big points for honesty. Since then they've done annual servicing, emergency repairs, and planned improvements, and I've always been happy with the work, and with the speed of response.

Some Examples: We have had nothing but issues with our fireplace for years. The company that kept coming to "fix" it every year would get it going, but within a few months, it would breakdown, and we would have to call them again, and again, costing us BIG $$$. G.Little Electric came ONCE - and it has worked perfectly ever since! We hired G.Little to do our kitchen electrical upgrade, and it turned out perfectly! A large section of the walls which had to be removed for the rewiring (due to the way our kitchen is designed) were put back exactly the way they were, and it looked better than before they were ever here! When the Chief Electrician came by to make sure the job was perfect (nice touch!) he noticed something wrong with an old wiring issue on the panel that had been done years ago by someone else. He fixed it at no charge!!! WOW! They are perfectionists and each job they do is done exactly they way we would want it done - clean, professional and done right the first time!!! We will not use anyone else!!!
Had G Little come and install a new furnace and AC for me. They did excellent work! It was the cheapest out of all the companies I called!
