Called from Calgary to followup on a UPS package that was delivered to this location, I was met with general hostility. The individual on the phone consistently spoke over me which made me and my concerns go seemingly unheard. It seems like the (supposed) 7 different services coming out of this location could use a cull, it seems like you have bitten off more than can be chewed as customer service has been pushed to the backburner. I feel sorry for anyone who has any issues with this business as I'm sure there are lots.
The lady abuses animals what else do you need to know? If she can't care for animals properly how can she give out proper medicine.
The owner of this place has been accused of animal neglect and had her three dogs seized due to extreme neglect and lack of care. They were left outside all winter in horrible living conditions in a small pen covered in their own urine and feces. Her name is Joelle Mbamy. Please, never support her buisness!
Owner was recently charged with animal cruelty. That reason enough to not support this company.
I was treated with extreme hostility while trying to pickup a prescription for breathing medication. I would not recommend this pharmacy as there are plenty of much better ones in town with pharmacists who are compassionate and use things such as customer service. I have also recently found out the owner of this store was charged with animal cruelty and was found guilty. Come to think of it I believe the rude woman who gave me attitude and disrespect was none other then the animal abuser herself. Another valid point is that many drug addicts get their morphine from this store making it unsafe for the general public. Honestly, use another pharmacy this is the last place you would want to go.
