Good selection of new movies, very comfortable seats and clean floors. Perfect movie theater. I am so happy to be able to frequent this nice venue in Penticton. We often purchase our tickets online before going, another nice option.
As any movie theater, when they are busy wait times can be longer than expected, but the staff has always been friendly and attentive. I just wish they had more parking available in front of the theater.I usually find myself being forced to park on the street or in the parking lot across the road. The parking lot across the road has been good choice, rather than on the street, and it is only a 1/2 block away.
Enjoyed the movie. Theatre was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was beverages. Difficult to get through the drink line to get to the food line. Food line moved really quickly and then we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get our drinks. They have the self-serve drink machines with touch screens. I don't think they have enough of them and they're not very efficient. They should either get more machines or revert to staff filling them.
Visited this theatre while holidaying in Penticton and we loved it! It was clean and the line up was not long. The Wednesday deal is a really good price compared to a lot of cinemas. They also have super cool self serve soda machines with free refills! The theatres had a steep angle so seeing the screen and comfort were both top notch experiences. Will definitely go back when we return next summer.
Always get large popcorn to go for dear friend...with BUTTER! Lol "Sam" has mostly served me and she does an awesome job! There's an art to buttering a large popcorn...it's great till the very end! Mmmgood...she says Thankyou!
