I came in on my birthday to get my L and they didnt even let me take it cause I was there at 3:25 and they close at 3:30 who are taking learning test? 16 year old teenager that go to school. When are they off 3. so how am I going to take my test if there only open Monday till Friday and close at 3:30 horrible system HORRIBLE happy birthday to me right
Helpful staff when you finally are standing in front of them. My opinion is that this office could use some more employees. The lineups can be long, due in part to the complex nature of people's questions or requirements. When one person monopolizes an employee's time for a longer period, this creates more pressure than should be - for both attendees and attendants. I can't give it 5 stars for that reason - it's not because of any poor service from the individuals working here - they're doing their best
Theres one man everyone knows for being incredibly unfair and nit picky, i understand that we need safe drivers but i shouldnt be docked points beacause i didnt make a double shoulder check or beacause i wiped my hands on my pants at a red light. Im glad i can atleast review this place to tell people. You cant be human and pass this test!
Completely unacceptable way to run a buisness. This is one of the worst locations in BC itself.
