Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came in when they happened to be doing tastings and it was a welcome surprise. Great selection of local, BC wines.
Staff were incredibly rude and less than knowledgeable on their products. Completely unprofessional. Would recommend wineries or even a local liquor store if you would want better service.
Good selection of wines and great helpful staff. If the winery is sold out, this is always a good place to look for some hidden gems! For anyone from out of town, I'd recommend a stop here to get acquainted with the areas wines before touring, its impossible to visit them all! Also a great place to grab some last minute wines at the end of your holiday!
A big thank you to Luke & all the staff for assisting us with our wine choices & providing us with a map of tasting rooms, vineyards, wineries & bistro's throughout the Penticton, Naramata Bench & Bottleneck drive areas. Returned the 2nd day to sample Riverstone wines (big shout out to Julie - good to see you again) & purchase extra bottles of VQA wines. Thank you again and see you Thanksgiving weekend.
Super disrespectful staff. We were treated rudely and judged by the Staff as we were parking our vehicle, one of the staff member was outside monitoring the parking lot and approached our vehicle with judgemental comments. We left and got our liquor and information we needed from a local liquor store. No need to go to this store to get treated poorly before you even enter the store.
