The salesperson said our 1000 sq foot job would take "about" 3 days. 14 days later it was finally complete. 9 days in ran out of flooring, so had to order more, that was fine. But between the installer's 3-4 hr work days and the lack of care of our concerns by Nufloors, we would NOT recommend this flooring company to anyone. It was insulting to have the installer show up the first day of the project and only lay 10 rows of flooring. Our phone calls were not returned when messages were left, nor were emails returned when sent. I was even hung up on by one of the managers and told I was being ridiculous when I called him on it. To ad insult to injury we were then charged for all of the hard work my husband and I had completed before the project had even begun. (removal of all the baseboards, heaters, and existing flooring) (appliance removal) This charge was eventually taken off, after I was told by one of the managers how honest their flooring guy was, but would take the charges off anyways. What??? So, now I am dishonest? I dont think so.Our $8000 floor is beautiful, but the service was certainly the worst around. Run from these guys people, RUN! One last little tidbit....when I went in personally to take care of the remaining amount owing on our bill (four days after completion) Our sales guy, turned his back from me to avoid any interaction, no hello, no thank you for your business, no kiss my a!* , nothing. Mabey return a phone call, and email from a customer, or mabey shoot a simple thank you for the $8000 you just spent at our business.Hope this review finds all of you well.
